Jon Ove has more than 30 years experience from the Oil and Gas and offshore wind industries, covering marine operations like:
– Installation of mooring systems
– Installation of various subsea equipment like rigid jumpers, flying leads, umbilicals, risers, templates and manifolds.
– Tow and installation of platforms, both semi-submersibles and GBS-es
– Installation of TLPs
– Load-outs, sea fastening, heavy transport and offshore heavy lifts
– Fabrication of umbilicals
– Installation of offshore wind turbines.
Jon Ove has worked as a Project Manager for a variety of project, and has also been a section manager at Aker Solutions. He has commercial experience from tendering, cost estimation, contract negotiations, scheduling and budgeting. He has extensive international experience as expatriate in Canada, Russia and the US.
